About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Inverness.

The successful candidate will provide support to individuals with additional needs, assisting them with daily life tasks, personal care, medication, and mealtimes.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for escorting and assisting individuals in and around the service, at external events and appointments.

You will also play a vital role in supporting our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping them achieve their individual aspirations.

Maintaining accurate records is an essential part of this role, ensuring that our services meet the highest standards.

Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
