Your Role: Making a Difference
As a Care Support Professional, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional care and support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
- Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
- Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care.
About You
We are looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and a creative approach to working with customers and their families. Personal care experience is a plus, but not essential – what truly matters is your compassion and dedication. Team players who thrive under pressure and are ready to join a supportive environment are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including Wagestream, Free Blue Light Card, Contributory Pension Scheme, Cash Health Plan, Career Development opportunities, Referral Bonuses, Free PVG Check, and Employee Assistance Programme.
