Your Role as a Care Assistant

  • To provide high-quality care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
  • To create a caring environment and be involved in general activities of the home.
  • To adhere to Meallmore Standards, Policies and Procedures, National Care Standards.
  • To work in line with SSSC codes of Practice.
  • To collaborate with care staff in your department and wider teams.
  • To carry out personal care duties.

Requirements

  • SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care.
  • Working towards qualification to meet SSSC registration requirements.
  • Communication and relationship-building skills.

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £28,500 per annum.

The estimated salary is based on a full-time position and may vary depending on location and experience.
