Advanced Community Nurse Practitioner Specialist

Salary: £44,776 - £60,595 per annum (pro rata for part-time staff), depending on experience.
Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Advanced Community Nurse Practitioner to join our team, providing professional nursing leadership to Community Nursing Teams across North Highland HSCP.
- The post holder will work closely with colleagues from community nursing, adult social care, infection control, and tissue viability teams to ensure excellence in care provision for people living in care homes and receiving care at home services.
- This is a key leadership role, providing expert advice on safe, quality care, and working closely with operational managers and clinical leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications: A valid driving license and access to pool car use can be arranged. Working pattern is Monday to Friday, and base is negotiable within North Highland.
