NHS Scotland is seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Specialist to join their team at Broadford Hospital on the stunning Isle of Skye.

The successful candidate will be based in a brand-new hospital, working closely with a friendly and innovative team of Rural Emergency Physicians. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating a wide range of patients, from critically ill medical or surgical cases to minor injuries.

With a generous annual study leave and attachment package, you will have the opportunity to update and enhance your skills in emergency medicine. You will also be supported by excellent Advance Nurse Practitioners and consultant colleagues at the nearest DGH in Inverness via phone or video conference link.

A relocation package is available, with local assistance in finding suitable accommodation. The hospital offers a unique work-life balance, with plenty of opportunities to explore the beautiful surroundings of the Isle of Skye.

The salary for this role is approximately £106,936 - £128,368 per annum pro rata, with full-time working hours based on 40 hours per week. Some flexibility may be required to accommodate the new reduced working week of 37 hours.
