Description

This Trainee Healthcare Partner (Pharmacy Dispenser) role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and expertise in pharmacy services. Our team is committed to providing high-quality patient care, and we are looking for someone who shares our values and enthusiasm.

Working Arrangements

The working pattern for this role includes Monday to Friday, with one in two Saturdays. This flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance.

Salary Details

The hourly rate of pay for this position is £11.63 per hour.

Training and Development Opportunities

You will have the opportunity to gain the following qualifications:

  • Healthcare Assistants Course (level 2)
  • Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA)

Upon achieving these qualifications, you will have further opportunities to develop yourself and your skillset.

Key Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is proactive, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can prioritize workload effectively. You should also be able to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality when handling medicines.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Candidate experience in customer service training or working in a customer-focused environment would be an advantage.

Estimated Annual Salary Range

Based on the job title, description, and location, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be in the range of £25,000 - £30,000.
