We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Only Support Practitioner to join our Highland Home Carers team.
Job Summary:- This is a rewarding opportunity to support vulnerable adults in their own homes, promoting independence and quality of life.
- You will work closely with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored support plans.
- Maintaining accurate records, adhering to our policies, and participating in ongoing training will be essential aspects of this role.
- Provide emotional and practical support to individuals with varying levels of need.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Maintain effective communication with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12-£13.50 per hour.
