We are looking for a Personal Assistant Professional to join our team in the Smithton area.

About the Job

As a Personal Assistant Professional, you will work closely with individuals with a learning disability, supporting them with daily living tasks, planning, and managing their own home. You will also assist with leisure, interests, and travel activities.

  • You will provide personal and emotional support to help individuals achieve their goals.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Support individuals with planning and managing their own home, including budgeting and time management.
Requirements
  • No previous experience or qualifications required, full training will be provided.
  • Compassionate, caring, and confident individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
