Reservations Liaison Officer

About Firth Recruitment Ltd, a leading hospitality provider. We offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our Reception team as a Reservations Liaison Officer.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to oversee all aspects of Reception. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Reservations Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Reception area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all bookings, including handling payments and ensuring accuracy.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, providing a friendly and professional service from first inquiry to post-departure.
- Greet all guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless check-in experience.
- Oversee administrative tasks for all departments, ensuring smooth operations across the business.
- Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure we deliver 5-star service at every opportunity.
- Assist with marketing efforts to promote our brand and attract new guests.
