Global Highland Limited is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to support its group finance function. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to progress in your career and work with diverse businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing finance assignments, producing group financial reports for the Board of Directors, and consolidating budgets and cash management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monthly group consolidation and management accounts for group companies with reporting packs.
  • Developing the treasury function within the group.
  • Financial analysis and liaison with businesses.
  • Credit control and building relationships with business units and clients.
  • Maintaining close working relationships with commercial and financial teams.
  • Administering group banking arrangements.
  • Intercompany recharges and full reconciliation within the group.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations for various companies.
  • Drafting consolidated reports for the bank to support group lending.
  • Working with integration teams to support finance functions of acquisitions.
  • Group audit contact and preparing year-end accounts information.
  • Collaborating with finance leads to ensure consistent finance policy throughout the group.

Requirements:

  • Accounts experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel).

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
