About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial aspects of projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports;
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement;
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial management or accounting;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
