Job Profile:

As a Financial Paraplanner at The Recruitment Council, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and business partners. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive financial plans and reviews, collaborating with the business to meet client financial needs, and maintaining accurate records.


Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the CEO/Lead Adviser to develop and implement effective client management strategies and support business operations.
  • Prepare detailed financial plans and reviews, including retirement planning reports and recommendations.
  • Capture client contact information in our CRM system and maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience in financial planning with a strong understanding of life, investments, estate planning, and budgeting.
  • Possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have a Postgraduate Diploma or B.Com Honours in Financial Planning, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. With a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in financial services.
