Nutrition Specialist - Care Homes Job Description:

Crossreach is seeking an experienced Nutrition Specialist to join our care homes team. This role will involve working closely with our care teams to deliver personalized nutrition plans for our residents.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work between 8am and 5pm. Key responsibilities include developing menus that cater to unique dietary needs, consulting with care teams to ensure effective meal delivery, and maintaining accurate records of resident nutrition plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Nutrition or related field
* Proven experience in healthcare nutrition or similar setting
* Strong organizational and communication skills

Salary Estimate:
