Job Description
">As a Family Support Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating access to information, advocacy, assessment, planning, and family support in collaboration with other services. You will work closely with families to understand their needs and develop tailored support plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need a SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent professional qualification. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
