Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Castle View Personnel. In this role, you will work on a full-time basis, providing financial support to our clients and contributing to the success of our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial support to clients, including account management and financial planning.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible hours to suit.

Location: Remote/home-based, with occasional travel to Inverness area.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
