As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the group finance function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Leverage your expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, commercial teams, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with the integration team to support the finance functions of acquisitions.
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to drive business success.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth, improving processes, and enhancing collaboration across teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and accounting software, with knowledge of regulatory requirements.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
