Our client, a prominent player in the business landscape with a diverse portfolio of companies, seeks an exceptional Group Finance Manager to support their finance function. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals aiming to advance their careers and contribute to the success of various businesses.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing finance assignments, producing group financial reports for the Board of Directors, and consolidating, budgeting, and managing cash across the group. They will also assist in integrating new business units, supporting the overall delivery of the wider business, and developing the treasury function within the group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare monthly group consolidation and management accounts for group companies, along with reporting packs.
  2. Develop the treasury function within the group.
  3. Perform financial analysis and liaise with businesses.
  4. Maintain close working relationships with commercial and financial teams.
  5. Administer group banking arrangements.
  6. Intercompany recharges and full reconciliation within the group.
  7. Balance sheet reconciliations for various companies.
  8. Draft consolidated reports for the bank to support group lending.
  9. Work with the integration team to support the finance functions of any acquisitions.
  10. Group audit contact, and prepare year-end accounts information.
Requirements
  • Accounts experience.
  • Microsoft Office (incl Excel) proficient.
  • Degree in Accounts & Finance and/or Accounts qualification.
  • Experience with accounting software.
Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 depending on experience, offering a competitive package for an individual looking to grow professionally.
