Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £52,375 - £57,500 per annum, with additional benefits including share allocation and profit share bonuses, contributory pension scheme, and access to an employee assistance scheme.

About the Role

The Financial Director will play a critical role in leading our finance function, working closely with senior colleagues to drive organizational performance management and leadership across the organization. Key responsibilities will include management of volume and financial targets for operational services, as well as developing and maintaining positive relationships with external agencies.

Requirements
  • Senior experience working in a large complex environment with a turnover of at least £3 million.
  • A qualified accountant or qualified by experience.
