Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced manager to join our team, ideally with a background in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, driving business growth, and delivering financial targets.

About the Role

The Front of House Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ensuring the effective operation of the front of house area, including the lanes, bar, diner, and amusements
  • Supporting the Centre Manager in achieving financial targets and service standards
  • Maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for customers and employees
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Management experience, preferably in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry
  • A passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
  • Evidence of driving business growth and delivering financial targets
  • An ability to lead and develop large teams
