About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our construction teams in delivering high-quality housing developments throughout the Highland region. As part of the Springfield Group, we prioritize excellence in all aspects of our operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure all construction activities meet company HSE health and safety standards.
  • Project Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and execute projects on time and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate construction teams to achieve exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualifications: SCQF level 8 or equivalent.
  • Certifications: SMSTS and CSCS certification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong working knowledge of building regulations and H&S standards.

Our competitive salary range is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
