Facilities Support Officer

**Job Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Support Officer to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience in cleaning and maintenance. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £5,551 and £5,608 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This role is based at Merkinch Primary School in Inverness and requires the ability to work 10 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 1500 - 1700).
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of facilities
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for staff and clients
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Assisting with event planning and setup
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in cleaning and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required
