Support Services Officer

About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Support Services Officer to join our team at High Life Highland. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have experience using MS Office packages and be proficient in data entry and record-keeping.
The Ideal Candidate:

Salary Information:
The salary for this position is approximately £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process paperwork, including invoices and financial records
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
- Provide administrative support to management and staff
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding activities
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
