Job Summary

This is a part-time position based at Raigmore Hospital within the Spiritual Care Service. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive admin support to the Head of Spiritual Care and Spiritual Care service.

About the Role

The ideal candidate should have experience with Admin Support or in an office environment, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive admin support to the Head of Spiritual Care and Spiritual Care service
  • Deliver a quality Admin Support service in a busy and sometimes challenging environment
Requirements

The post holder will work 8am-12pm Monday to Friday with flexibility as to the hours worked each day. An estimated salary for this role is around £15,000-£20,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

The successful candidate will be able to gain experience in administration and secretarial work, working with NHS systems and possessing excellent IT and organisational skills. They will also demonstrate compassion and possess good typing speed and accuracy.
