Highland is seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Officer to join our team. The salary for this permanent role is £42,879 - £46,410 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a locally responsive maintenance service, achieving key performance targets, and ensuring the effective delivery of construction and building maintenance services.

To succeed in this role, you will need suitable technical qualifications and experience in the building industry, as well as good knowledge of legislation, policy, and best practice in relation to construction and building maintenance services.

You will also be expected to travel efficiently throughout the local operational area to deliver the duties of your post.

Key Skills
  • Technical qualification and experience in the building industry.
  • Knowledge of legislation, policy and good practice in relation to construction and building maintenance services.
  • Experience of supervision/management of staff/building trade functions.
  • Training/qualifications in Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015).
  • Ability to travel efficiently throughout the local operational area.
