The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial plumbing and heating or electrical installations, with a passion for transitioning into the thriving biomass industry.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take the lead on the maintenance, repair, and day-to-day management of commercial biomass heating installations. As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will ensure that these installations operate efficiently and in line with legislative standards.

Responsibilities
  • CARRY OUT PLANNED AND REACTIVE MAINTENANCE ON COMMERCIAL HEATING SYSTEMS, INCLUDING PUMPS, CONTROL VALVES, PRESSURISATION UNITS, AND MORE.
  • QUICKLY TRANSITION INTO THE BIOMASS SECTOR WITH FULL TRAINING PROVIDED.
  • Maintain accurate service records through our cloud-based management system.
  • Foster strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service on-site.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
