Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance and upkeep of our hotel's facilities.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and supervising maintenance projects, managing team members, and providing exceptional guest service.
- Schedule and supervise maintenance projects;
- Manage and train Team Members to ensure their performance meets hotel standards;
- Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and special requirements;
- Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a maintenance or supervisory role and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office, is preferred.
