Resident Environment Maintenance Officer

Key Responsibilities:

- Use PPE as required and report any defects or concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Complete necessary documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.
- Restock cleaning trolleys and maintain cleaning areas to optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
Estimated salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
