Role Overview

Arcus Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Maintenance and Engineering Expert to join our facilities management team. This Engineering and Maintenance Professional will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work across various sites.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC Experience and be FGAS certified, with the ability to confidently carry out a range of mechanical tasks. A Full Valid UK driver's license is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work
  • Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standard, adhering to health and safety policies
  • Carrying out a range of mechanical tasks, including emergency light testing, fire alarms, and lamp changes
Requirements:
  • Essential:
    • HVAC Experience
    • FGAS - Cat 4 (minimum)
    • Full Valid UK driver's license
    • Strong communication skills and work ethic
    • Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
  • Desirable:
    • 18th edition
    • F-Gas qualification
    • IOSH working safely qualification
    • Plumbing experience
    • Basic fabric skills
    • 2391 testing inspection
