Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and progressive Chief Officer to lead our new management structure, driving improvement and service excellence across the organisation. This role will be crucial in ensuring the effective maintenance, repair, and enhancement of our road networks, public spaces, and related infrastructure to meet the long-term needs of our communities.

About the Role:

The Chief Officer will play a key role in Highland Council's senior leadership team, working collaboratively in the Place Cluster and across the Council to ensure corporate and place priorities are delivered. Your Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Educated to degree level with evidence of continuous professional development and preferably a further relevant professional qualification.
