Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Tesco Maintenance Professional to join our team at Tesco Property - Maintenance. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services across our retail estate.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, engineering, or construction, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be confident in interacting with external contractors and working collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional maintenance services to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Collaborate with our management team to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks effectively.
  • Represent the Tesco brand by demonstrating our core values and adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction) or equivalent experience.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 and technical training upskilling modules.
