About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Associate Director to lead our team in North Scotland. As a key member of our Rural Land Management and Consultancy team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of rural assets, working closely with colleagues across various teams to achieve key client deliverables. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as senior asset manager for a key estate management client, ensuring the effective management of their rural assets.
  • Managing a diverse range of rural assets, including rent reviews, lease negotiations, dispute resolution, and strategic objectives progression.
  • Ensuring the achievement of key client deliverables through effective project management and communication.
  • Adhering to internal and client process and compliance standards, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Pursuing opportunities to leverage your expertise and develop new business for the wider team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in rural land management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • MRICS qualified, preferably with a focus on Rural Pathway and significant post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage, delegate, and supervise effectively.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
