About the Position

We invite applications for a Senior Estate Professional position within our Rural Land Management and Consultancy team in North Scotland. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of rural assets, ensuring the achievement of key client deliverables, and adhering to internal and client process standards.

About the Job:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of rural assets, including let farms, residential property, and other rural assets;
  • Undertake rent reviews, lease negotiations, and resolve disputes;
  • Work closely with senior colleagues and report directly to them.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong background in managing significant portfolios of rural assets, particularly let farms and residential property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, people leadership abilities, and an entrepreneurial attitude.

Requirements:

  • Relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degree or equivalent;
  • MRICS qualified, preferably with a good amount of PQE;
  • Certified Agriculture Valuer (CAV) qualification an advantage.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
