Our organization is actively seeking individuals to join our Store Support Merchandising team as clothing inventory restockers.
Your role will involve working on-site within a prominent national supermarket chain, ensuring that the school uniform and accessories section is consistently replenished to meet high standards while delivering excellent customer service throughout the clothing department.
Work Schedule:
Available shifts range from 3 to 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.
Shifts typically last 4 hours, generally from 5 PM to 9 PM (including a 15-minute paid break).
The initial week will serve as an induction period, conducted during daytime hours.
Opportunities for overtime may be available.
Compensation:
£11.50 per hour, with additional holiday accrual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replenish stock from warehouse backups and deliveries.
- Maintain high replenishment standards and ensure cleanliness of fixtures and surrounding areas.
- Assist with promotional activities and price adjustments using client systems.
- Engage with customers effectively.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times.
Candidate Profile:
- Complete the e-learning induction prior to the first shift.
- Must possess a mobile device with location services enabled for time and attendance tracking.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Ability to fulfill manual handling tasks.
Additional Benefits:
