About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Airport Lounge Host to join our team at Swissport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome, relaxed, and energized during their visit to our lounge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in process and setting the tone for their experience.
  • Manage capacity at peak times to maximize guest throughput and ensure a smooth operation.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the lounge.
  • Engage with guests, respond to their queries, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service, ensuring that all offerings are continually available and well-presented.
  • Restock supplies, maintain inventory, and adhere to waste management procedures.

Requirements

  • Background in hospitality or customer service with high levels of customer interaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Good numerical skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
  • Computer literate, including using payment machines and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply flexibility when required.
  • Additional languages desirable.
  • Flexible to work shifts covering 0330 – 2100, 7 days a week.
  • MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE OWN VEHICLE.
