**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**:

- **Greet customers warmly and assist them in a professional and courteous manner.**:

- **Identify customer needs and provide personalised product recommendations.**:

- **Offer expert advice on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance the shopping experience.**:

- **Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.**:

- **Sales and Product Knowledge**:

- **Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, including features, materials, and craftsmanship.**:

- **Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and guide them towards suitable products.**:

- **Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product demonstration and upselling techniques.**:

- **Stay informed about industry trends, new arrivals, and product launches to provide up-to-date information to customers.**:

- **Store Operations**:

- **Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment at all times.**:

- **Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and replenishing merchandise as needed.**:

- **Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card payments securely.**:

- **Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and participate in periodic stock audits.**:

- **Brand Representation**:

- **Uphold the company’s image and values by adhering to standards and dress code policies.**:

- **Contribute to the creation of a premium shopping atmosphere through attentive service and attention to detail.**:

- **Act as a brand ambassador by positively representing the company's reputation and fostering customer loyalty.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Previous experience in retail, fashion, or boutique environments preferred.**:

- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.**:

- **Excellent salesmanship and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.**:

- **Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.**:

- **A passion for fashion, design, and luxury goods, with a keen eye for detail.**:

- **Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 37 per week
