Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive Ecommerce and marketing strategy that aligns with business goals to drive lead generation, sales growth, and overall revenue.

- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of Ecommerce and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the Ecommerce and marketing P&L, ensuring effective allocation of budget and resources to meet ROI objectives.

- Demonstrated success in an Ecommerce/marketing role, ideally within a similar B2B/B2C environment, is essential.
- Strong commercial expertise, with a deep understanding of the marketing funnel and its application for driving growth, is required.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies is a must.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization are necessary.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and engage team members, is essential.
- Experience in aligning stock management and operations with the broader Ecommerce strategy is required.
- A highly analytical and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to use data for decision-making and problem-solving, is essential.
- Ideally, candidates will hold a relevant degree and possess CIM and IDM accreditations.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
