Digital Business Support Officer - Transformation and Corporate Services
We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Support Officer to join our Transformation and Corporate Services team at Forestry and Land Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our digital initiatives, engaging with stakeholders and managing relationships with digital service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Handling documentation, coordinating meetings and events, managing queries, and assisting in the continuous development of departmental procedures.
- Engaging with Stakeholders: Understanding and documenting user requirements, managing relationships with digital service providers, and supporting service level agreements (SLAs).
- IT Hardware Management: Administering and tracking IT inventory, as well as assisting in the deployment and retirement of IT devices.
- Supporting Digital Development: Offering specialist advice on digital estate functionality, monitoring compliance with cyber resilience standards, and supporting training and awareness initiatives.
