Are you a motivated individual looking for a challenging role in customer service? DYWICH is seeking an enthusiastic Digital Support Apprentice to join our team. As a Digital Support Apprentice, you will be responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound customer enquiries, handling and resolving customer enquiries or signposting to the correct team, checking ID documents, reviewing video footage of ANPR cameras, deciding whether a contravention has taken place, and negotiating and setting payment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for those looking to start their career in digital support. In addition to your salary, you will also receive 24 days annual leave, plus 6 bank holidays, a pension scheme (3% rising to 5% after 12 months), full training on all internal processes and procedures, ongoing learning and development, and a friendly office environment.
