We are seeking a skilled Digital Support Specialist to join our team at Forestry and Land Scotland. This permanent, full-time position offers flexible working options across various offices in Scotland.

About the Role

This dynamic position is an essential part of our Transformation and Corporate Services (TCS) team, supporting key digital initiatives across the organisation. As a Digital Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Administrative Support: Handling documentation, coordinating meetings and events, managing queries, and assisting in the continuous development of departmental procedures.
  • Engaging with Stakeholders: Understanding and documenting user requirements, managing relationships with digital service providers, and supporting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • IT Hardware Management: Administering and tracking IT inventory, as well as assisting in the deployment and retirement of IT devices.
  • Supporting Digital Development: Offering specialist advice on digital estate functionality, monitoring compliance with cyber resilience standards, and supporting training and awareness initiatives.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer hybrid working, giving you the flexibility to work from home, visit our offices as needed, and engage with colleagues across the organisation.
