About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce and Marketing Manager to join our team at Live - Digital and Marketing Recruitment. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in shaping our online proposition and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce and marketing strategy that aligns with business goals to drive lead generation, sales growth, and overall revenue.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including procurement, commercial, and retail managers, and product management teams, to create effective product range strategies.
- Take ownership of a multi-channel campaign plan and calendar, covering all paid digital channels, email marketing CRM, and ecommerce promotions, to ensure cross-functional visibility and coordination.
- Regularly analyze and report on the performance of ecommerce and marketing initiatives.
- Manage the ecommerce and marketing P&L, ensuring effective allocation of budget and resources to meet ROI objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, optimizing the use of individual skills.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in an ecommerce/marketing role, ideally within a similar B2B/B2C environment, is essential.
- Strong commercial expertise, with a deep understanding of the marketing funnel and its application for driving growth, is required.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies is a must.
- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization are necessary.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and engage team members, is essential.
- Experience in aligning stock management and operations with the broader ecommerce strategy is required.
- A highly analytical and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to use data for decision-making and problem-solving, is essential.
- Ideally, candidates will hold a relevant degree and possess CIM and IDM accreditations.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
