Job Overview

The Therapy Administration Team is in search of a part-time administrator to support the operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a coordinator and liaison within the Therapy Assisted Discharge Service (TADS) and the administration team of Therapies.

Key Responsibilities

Primary duties encompass maintaining activity databases, managing communications with the community team, processing referrals, handling equipment orders, organizing meetings, maintaining healthcare records, and overseeing caseload administration.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English
  • Proficient in computer applications, including a strong command of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Experience in reception and telephone duties

Desirable Criteria

  • Familiarity with community health and social care services
