Position Overview

We are pleased to announce a full-time opportunity for a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator within our Ear, Nose and Throat Department.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative support, showcasing a comprehensive set of skills in personal assistance and secretarial duties. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous, though not mandatory, alongside proficient audio typing capabilities.

A flexible mindset is essential to adapt to the evolving needs of our service. Candidates should exhibit exceptional typing, communication, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a professional telephone demeanor and a compassionate approach. The ability to thrive under pressure and adhere to deadlines is crucial.

Candidates invited for an interview will be required to complete a brief typing assessment as part of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be self-driven, capable of functioning effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment. Demonstrating strong communication and organizational abilities, along with a willingness to adapt to various responsibilities, is vital.

Applicants should hold relevant qualifications in secretarial or audio typing and possess prior experience in similar roles. While experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite.
