About the Role

The Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administration Coordinator to join our administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our administration processes.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the leadership team in implementing changes to administration processes to achieve trust objectives and improve service quality.
  • Provide supervision and appraisals for the administration team, managing absence, performance, and conduct issues in accordance with trust values and policies.
  • Lead on recruitment to the admin team, supporting with induction and development of new administrative staff.
  • Analyse and interpret performance reports, collating data as needed, and be responsible for the agenda and minutes for team meetings.
