About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Administration Coordinator to join our administration team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administration processes and providing exceptional support to our patients and carers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day running of the administration team, including leading on implementing changes to admin processes to contribute to achieving trust objectives and improving the quality of service provided.
  • Provide supervision and appraisals for the administration team, manage absence, performance, or conduct issues in accordance with trust values and policies, and be supported to do so by your line manager and HR.
  • Lead on recruitment to the admin team, support with the induction and development of new administrative staff, and analyse and interpret performance reports and collate data as needed.
  • Be responsible for the agenda and minutes for team meetings and contribute to improving administration processes to achieve trust objectives.
