About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at BJF Group. As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including document control portals and supplier onboarding.
  • Support buyers on tenders and assist with the onboarding of new suppliers.
  • Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office, including answering incoming calls and taking messages.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
