Position Overview

An excellent opportunity has emerged for a full-time Healthcare Administrative Coordinator role within the Ear, Nose and Throat Department.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative support and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations. While familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. Proficient audio typing skills are essential.

Applicants should exhibit a flexible mindset to adapt to the service's needs and showcase exceptional typing, communication, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal abilities. A professional telephone demeanor and a compassionate approach are crucial. The ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently is expected.

Successful candidates invited for an interview will undergo a brief typing assessment as part of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate should be self-driven and capable of thriving in a dynamic and demanding environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital, along with a willingness to adapt to various tasks.

Relevant qualifications in secretarial work or audio typing are preferred, alongside prior experience in administrative support roles. Familiarity with the healthcare sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
