About the Role:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive high-quality care and support.
  • Assist with client assessments and care planning to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support, including medication administration and personal care activities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required to provide high-quality care and support.
Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport.
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
