About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing person-centered care to individuals with complex needs. You will work closely with our clients, their families, and our multidisciplinary team to deliver tailored care plans and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household management.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including use of hoists and equipment.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
  • Full, clean UK driving license with access to your own vehicle.
