We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure that our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support, including medication administration and any changes to care plans.
Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years old.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport.
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
