Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to infection control and health and safety protocols.
